"The Singing Nightingale" at the Edge of the Earth
People's Artist of the Kazakh SSR, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, winner of the "Grand Prix" at prestigious festivals, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Roza Rymbayeva has long become a living legend. But, as it turned out, for a real vacation she needs not recognition, but silence and warmth. The singer spent her holiday at the "Yalong Bay" resort in Sanya (Hainan Island) in T2 apartments with her family, organized by the "Alliance" club.

— Roza Kuanyshevna, what are your impressions of Hainan?
— I feel wonderful here. The blue sea, golden sand, and purest air are the best cure for fatigue. The climate is surprisingly mild: gentle sun during the day, a cool breeze in the evening. A calm atmosphere has always been important to me, and this paradise corner pleasantly surprised me with its serenity.
— How comfortable did the club's service turn out to be?
We were greeted wonderfully. It's nice to have a personal consultant who handles any issues, allowing you not to be distracted by trifles and simply enjoy your vacation. This is not just convenience, but a true privilege. I can no longer imagine relaxing any other way. The apartments are spacious, the interior is beautiful, everything is at hand. I really enjoy walking through the hotel's green garden. A special delight is the karaoke evening, where we sang together with the staff and club members.
— Did you manage to touch the ancient culture of China?
"Yes, we attended a tea ceremony — it was magical! The variety of tea types and the brewing ritual were striking. The statue of the goddess Guanyin and the Buddhist center also impressed us. It's clear that the Chinese hold their traditions sacred. This serves as yet another reminder of how multifaceted our world is."
— You have been on stage for many years. Is it difficult to maintain the brand "Roza Rymbayeva"?
I don't give concerts to be a "museum" or a "legend." I rehearse, shoot music videos, and work on new material. I won't put on a miniskirt, but I am modern and in demand. The most important thing is that I have fulfilled myself as a mother. Without that, there would be no stage either. My sons are future musicians; they attend a regular school, without privileges.
— What matters most to you right now?
— Living in harmony with myself. I gave up politics and advertising long ago, trying to maintain balance. I have my whims — for example, I want an apartment on a lower floor, right now we live on the 15th. But the main thing is not to break under the pressure and to be a happy mom. For me, love is something I cannot live a day without. Even on stage, I have to be in love.
