Alliance Asia Group

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

We are Alliance Asia Group (hereinafter "AAG", "we"), an international network of leisure clubs. We understand that by entrusting us with your data, you rely on our integrity, so we treat the protection of your personal data with the utmost seriousness.

In this document, we explain in plain language what information we collect, why we need it, how we store and protect it, to whom and in what cases we may transfer it, and what rights you have. This Policy applies to all our websites, mobile applications, social media pages, Telegram bots, as well as communication by email, phone, and messengers.

By continuing to use our services, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you disagree with any of its provisions, please refrain from using our services.

1. Who we are and what this document governs

AAG websites (including aagt.uz, aagt.kg, alliance-club.asia, vali.su) help you choose and book vacations at club resorts in various countries around the world. This Policy describes the general principles of personal data processing on our platforms and through the communication channels associated with them.

2. What data we collect

You may provide us with your name and contact details (phone number, email), guest composition and accommodation preferences, payment details (they are processed on secure payment system pages), as well as photos and reviews about your vacation, if you decide to share them.

In addition, when visiting the websites, technical data is automatically collected: IP address, browser type and version, language settings, device information, and cookies. Such information does not allow your identity to be directly determined and is needed for the proper and secure operation of the services.

3. How we use your data

We use the data to process and confirm bookings; contact you regarding your trip; ensure safety and prevent fraud; improve the quality of the service and analyze how you use the sites. With your separate consent, we may send news, special offers, and personalized recommendations — you can opt out of such mailings at any time.

4. Phone number verification and SMS login (Guardian)

For registration and login on a number of platforms, we use the Guardian authorization center: an SMS with a confirmation code is sent to the number you provide. SMS is used to verify the authenticity of the phone number, register new users, and authorize existing ones in AAG services and partner platforms.

5. How we protect data

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data: encryption during transmission (SSL/TLS), access segregation and logging for employees, and regular analysis for unauthorized use. Payment data is processed in accordance with the PCI DSS standard on secure pages of certified payment systems — card details are not stored on our servers.

6. To whom we transfer data

Data is transferred only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes: to service providers and hotels — to fulfill the booking; to payment systems and banks — to process payments and refunds; to subsidiaries and partner companies providing support services to us; to government authorities — in cases provided by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files that are stored on your device when you visit websites. We use essential cookies (necessary for the website to function), analytical cookies (to understand how the services are used), and, with your consent, marketing cookies (to show relevant offers).

You can delete cookies at any time or block them in your browser settings. Please note: completely disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the website. For more details on managing cookies, see your browser's help section.

8. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about what data of yours we process; to correct inaccurate information; to delete data or restrict its processing; to withdraw previously given consent; to opt out of receiving promotional messages; and to file a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country. To exercise these rights, contact us — the contact details are provided on the "Contacts" page. We will respond within the timeframes established by law.

9. Children

Our services are intended for persons over 18 years of age. When organizing family vacations, we may process information about children only with the consent of parents or legal guardians. We have the right to delete any data received from a child without such consent.

10. Retention periods

We store data no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing or as required by law. Persistent cookies are stored on your device for no more than two years from the date of the last update. After the periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymized.

11. Changes to the Policy

We may periodically update this Policy due to changes in legislation or our services. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update indicated. By continuing to use the services after the changes, you accept the updated terms.

12. How to contact us

If you have questions about the processing of your personal data or you want to exercise your rights, write to us — the contact details of AAG offices are provided on the "Contacts" page.
